In a few weeks we're going to talk about the presidential elections.  Millions of Americans will vote for the next president. Will it be Barack Obama? Or will it be Mitt Romney?  You will get a chance to experience what an election is like.  But until we do that...here's a great site you can explore to learn more about the election.

Travel the United States of America with ELO!

KIPPsters! How well do you know the United States? 

Can you name all 50 states? Do you know where they are on a map? 

Can you find the 5 regions? Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest and West? Do you know the states that are part of that region? 

Do you know the many different landforms and bodies of water that are part of the United States? 

Do you know the physical processes that affect the United States? 

Can you read a population density map?

If you can do all that, then you are ready for your unit 2 test! If not here are somethings you can do to make sure you are ready!
